Snow trip up to Frazier Park

Macey and Livvy’s brownie troop took a trip to Frazier Park today.
Somehow we got separated from the pack but managed to have a blast in the snow nonetheless!

Here are the photos and below is a video of Max getting some serious air on his sled – enjoy :)

night disturbance

Our neighbors had an unexpected visitor in the night as a Toyota Tacoma truck crashed through the wall of their house in Goleta.

Firefighters, including local hero-friend Eric Eacker were on the scene to extricate the truck.

Fortunately no one was hurt.

39!

A bunch of my awesome friends made the trek to Knapp’s Castle yesterday to celebrate my birthday.
It was awe inspiring to stand up there and watch the rain advance slowly towards us. Most of us lingered and got completely drenched on the return hike :)

* NEW WEB GALLERY RAISES RECOVERY FUNDS FOR HAITI WITH FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHS*

*Santa Barbara, CA --- February 2, 2010* --- Launched today at www.printsforhaiti.com is
a photo gallery sale to benefit Haiti. A partnership between Specialty Color Services, a custom
photo lab in Santa Barbara, California, and Greg Lawler, a photographer and technology solutions
consultant, the site sells fine art photographs on a sliding scale with all profit going to the
American Red Cross and Direct Relief International for the Haiti relief efforts.

Prints for Haiti was the inspiration of Greg Lawler, who decided that he wanted to do more in the
aftermath of the devastating Haiti earthquake than feel sad. Lawler approached various photographers
about donating images, secured product fulfillment from Specialty Color Services, and built the web site.

At www.printsforhaiti.com, a special collection of images from a talented group of photographers
is offered at a base price of $100, and to make donating accessible on any budget, discount codes
are provided. After $10 per print is subtracted toward production and shipping, all remaining funds
are donated 50/50 to the American Red Cross and Direct Relief International. Volunteers will provide
the labor to pack and ship the orders. Recipients will receive finest quality silver halide Chromira prints
on archival paper with an estimated lifespan of 100 years or more.
