i visited rudy this week and took some photos of his little world.
rudy is 7 weeks old, he was born with HLHS (Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome)
he has spent the entire time in the CTICU at UCLA’s Ronald Reagan Medical Center.
The only time he has spent in his mom’s arms were the brief few minutes after his birth.

local firefighter hero and friend of zinkwazi.com, eric eacker, has been working on the santa barbara tea fire for the past 3 days.
eric was interviewed yesterday by cnn!
